LIGNA 2019 – Review

With more than 1500 exhibitors and an area of 132,000 square meters, the LIGNA is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for woodworking machines. AT this year’s LIGNA, SERRA once again presented a wealth of innovations in state-of-the-art sawing technology. In addition to these innovations, it was also the first joint LIGNA for SERRA and Wintersteiger AG. “The LIGNA 2019 has been perfect, and we would like to thank all visitors for such tremendous feedback,” said the new SERRA management with Andreas Doubrava and Christian Mayer on the last day of the LIGNA.
 

Thanks to SERRA’s attractive fair concept with two stands, visitors to the fair all ended up at SERRA sooner or later. And there, trade fair innovations generated lively interest. The result: “One of the best LIGNAs in years!”


As usual, visitors came from all over the world. In addition to numerous inquiries from abroad, many visitors from Germany expressed an interest in state-of-the-art sawing technology “Made in Germany”. What a pity the next LIGNA is not until 2021.
