Mobile high-performance sawmill
The XT 135 is a mobile sawmill with high output. Weight was not a consideration when designing this model. The focus here is on extremely durable construction with unlimited equipment options: thanks to the pneumatic brake system, weight is no longer an issue.
Description
The variable saw head of the XT 135 offers plenty of space above the saw blade, allowing you to cut heavy logs with a diameter of up to 135 cm. Operator-friendly replacement of the saw blades. as a result of convenient access to the saw blade with hydraulic cover opening and hydraulically adjustable saw blade guidance.

Product features
The base frame
- Solid steel supports, 20 mm thick, connect two I-beams with a height of 300 mm.
- Torsion-free base frame designed for the heaviest loads
- Powder-coated base frame available as an option
- Stainless steel supports prevent blue staining of acidic woods (e.g. oak and larch).
- Optional power hydraulics (28-liter pump) for quick and easy loading, rotating, shifting and clamping of the log
- Base frame can be extended to 10 m cutting length with a hydraulic folding extension, other frame extensions on request
The cutting unit
- A robust saw head with variable blade tension and numerous extras
- Blade tensioning is offset upwards to provide 50 cm space for the milled lumber above the saw blade
- A clamping distance of 300 mm allows the use of shorter saw blades for smaller log diameters
- Hydraulic protective cover opening
- Roller diameter: 80 cm
- Saw blade width: 120 mm or 140 mm
- Excellent cutting precision
The operator’s stand
- Various optional operating solutions that differ from the standard version
- The compact “V-Cockpit Maxi” can be equipped with a maximum of 4 control valves to allow positioning of all possible equipment variants for easy access
- Large mobile cab with folding roof protects the operator from the sun and rain.
- Cab is lockable and available in a height-adjustable version as an option
