Shark 200
Band saw grinding machine
The Shark 200 is an innovative new development in the field of dry grinding and is equipped with integrated extraction, diamond-tipped gear puller, frequency converter, counter and automatic switch-off function as standard.
No conversion work is necessary if you need to grind a different tooth pitch or shape. Simply change the feed cam. After this, the grinding positions are set via the handwheels again, as usual. The Shark 200 is a precision machine that is particularly easy to use.
Description
The Shark 200 is a patented device with a large grinding wheel with a diameter of 300 mm (11.81 in). This means the grinding wheel hardly heats up, producing improved durability. In the basic configuration, the Shark 200 has a diamond-tipped gear puller mounted on a swivel arm. As a result, the grinding wheel has the right profile at all times and ensures absolute precision.
Balancing the grinding wheel is simple with the balancer supplied. The balanced grinding wheel is almost vibration-free, resulting in a better grinding pattern – similar to that of wet grinding machines.

Product features
Feed
The feed is adjusted with two feed fingers. Cutting angle adjuster is equipped with a large scale. The feed is ideal for precise sharpening with faster retrieval of the feed pawl. The adjustment screws for positioning of the teeth are equipped with an easily legible scale.
Grinding motor
The grinding wheel runs particularly smoothly thanks to a strong and precise electric motor. The Shark 200 is equipped with a large adjustment screw at the rear.
Extraction
The extraction channel is visible behind the saw blade. The extraction unit is protected inside the machine, and grinding dust is reliably extracted. The coarse grinding dust can be removed and disposed of by opening a cover on the front.
