CS 600
Resaw with state-of-the-art circular saw technology
The CS 600 is of innovative design and comprises two laser-cut, machined steel side members, 15-mm thick, between which the entire machine is installed. The chain and V-belt drives are mounted externally. Increase your output with the CS 600!
The speed of the two separately driven feed units with profiled feed rollers can be adjusted via a frequency converter. The intake height is adjusted hydraulically to the wood. The large opening to the tempered saw shaft ensures easy replacement of saw blades. The saw shaft is supported in only two places, making it extremely precise and quiet. A further advantage: the CS 600 has central lubrication.
Description
The CS 600 multi-blade saw offers state-of-the-art circular saw technology. Its solid design and the integrated main drive ensure simplified installation and commissioning. The feed system (before and after the saw shaft) is divided between two drives, each with 2.2 kW output, and the feed speed is continuously adjustable. 2 driven, generously dimensioned upper rollers and 4 milled lower rollers ensure reliable guidance of the workpiece through the cutting unit. The height of the upper rollers is adjusted hydraulically.
